Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Membership Expired
Since a week I am facing issue because of which I am unable to send critical updates of my app. In app store connect, It says "Developer Program Membership Expired Your membership has expired, and your apps have been removed from the App Store until you renew your membership. To renew, a user with the Account Holder role must sign in and renew the membership on the Apple Developer website. Learn More." while in developer.apple.com it says Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership. The email is tushant at konyct.com and its account holder and admin. Apple developer site says I am account holder, app store connect says login with account holder email. Even users and access proofs that that email is account holder. I cannot access certificates, identities as well. I have got an email saying accept agreements by Apr 15, 2026 but when i go to agreements page I dont even see "Accept" or "Agree" like button. I have created many tickets and its been more than a week I am not getting any response from support team. Its been not even proper 2 months I paid $99 and it says my membership expired nor I get any help or time from support team.

Payment taken but Apple Developer enrollment still stuck on "Complete Purchase"
On April 8, 2026, I paid for my individual Apple Developer Program membership and received an invoice (Order ID: D004747265). However, my developer account still shows "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now" and the status is "Pending." It looks like the payment hasn't been linked to my enrollment. I've reached out to Apple Developer Support twice but haven't heard back. Could this be related to my region (Belarus)? I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual on April 1st, 2026. The $99 payment was charged to my card. I have received subscription confirmation email on April 1st. Delays & No Communication on Apple Developer Enrollment
I enrolled in the Apple Developer program this past Monday, five days ago. The $99 charge was processed successfully. According to the Apple Developer portal, the account can take up to 48 hours to be provisioned. It has now been well beyond that, and I've received no communication from Apple Developer about what's going on. I filed a support ticket yesterday morning and have gotten no response. Has anyone else experienced these delays? Perhaps it's gotten worse in recent months as AI has made it so easy to develop? I have read elsewhere that the reason for this delay is an internal siloing between developer and user accounts. I get that Apple might need to put some gatekeeping in place for developer accounts, but this amount of delay seems ridiculous, and the lack of communication is really frustrating. I'm an indie developer trying to sell my products. The lack of support from Apple is costing me money with each day of delay. Anyone have similar experiences or advice on speeding up the process?

How to disconnect my personal ID from Company ID
Hi, I had an LLC (which is not dissolved). I had created a developer account for the company which was tied to my personal ID. Now that the company no longer exists, I want to sign up for a developer account using my personal ID so that I can publish apps as an individual. The problem is, when I login to my personal account, it shows the same Team ID as my company account. Talking to support has not helped, so turning to the community for some guidance and help. What is one supposed to do when the company goes out of business or close doors? Is there no way to delete a company account and release your personal ID from it? If anyone here knows how to do this, that would be a great help. Thanks

I have been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for over a week and I'm completely blocked. I'm reaching out here as a last resort after exhausting every option. The problem: Every enrollment attempt fails immediately after I select "Individual" and agree to the terms. I never reach the payment step. The only message I receive is: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." What I've tried: 3+ different Apple IDs (including brand new ones created specifically for this) Safari, Chrome, and Opera browsers Home WiFi and mobile data (different networks) Apple Developer app on iPhone Called Apple Developer Support — they said they cannot see a reason and cannot help Opened a support ticket — no response after 1 week My setup: Country: Turkey All Apple IDs have matching region and phone number (+90) No VPN during any attempt Two-factor authentication enabled on all accounts What I need: This appears to be a backend block that frontline support cannot see or resolve. I am requesting escalation to a team that can investigate and manually clear whatever is blocking my enrollment. I have a macOS app ready to submit to the App Store. Apple Developer Subscription Bug. Unacceptable
I have now paid $300 over 2 weeks to enroll in Apple developer. I have spoken with Apple customer support and they state that they can’t help and that it is the delinquent Apple developer support team that has the enrollment bugged. They are not responded to contact. Resolve this issue for me and others ASAP.

Title: Apple Developer Program payment completed but enrollment still shows “complete purchase” Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual and completed the payment on 8 April 2026. I received the invoice confirming the purchase, but my developer account still shows the message: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.” The enrollment status currently shows Pending, and it appears that the payment may not have been linked to my enrollment. Also the Enrollment Id has also not been generated I have already contacted Apple Developer Support twice but have not yet received a response. Payment details from the invoice: Order ID: MMWHM92XY3 Purchase Date: April 8, 2026 Has anyone experienced a similar issue where the payment was processed but the enrollment still shows “complete purchase”? If so, how was it resolved? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Individual enrollment pending since April 1, payment processed, no support response
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual on April 1st, 2026. The $99 payment was charged to my card. I have received subscription confirmation email on April 1st. However, my account at developer.apple.com/account still shows "Pending" status and displays a "Purchase your membership — complete your purchase now" message, as if no payment was made. I have contacted Apple Developer Support several times through the official contact form from April 4 only to get no response. I have received zero responses to any of these emails. My Case ID is 102861052988. I'm trying to launch my iOS app and this delay is blocking my entire submission timeline. Thank you.

Hello everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed my payment this past Thursday on 9th April. I have already received the official invoice for the transaction. However, my account status is still showing as "Pending" on the developer portal, and I am getting an error when trying to log in to App Store Connect. Has anyone else experienced a delay like this recently? Since it's the weekend, I know support is closed, but I'm wondering how long it typically takes for an account to become fully active once the business week starts. Any insights into recent wait times would be appreciated!

Individual enrollment pending since April 6 — payment processed, no activation, no support response
I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual on Monday, April 6, 2026. The $99 payment was charged to my card and posted on April 7, 2026. I have bank confirmation of the charge. However, my account at developer.apple.com/account still shows "Pending" status and displays a "Purchase your membership — complete your purchase now" message, as if no payment was made. I have contacted Apple Developer Support three times through the official contact form: Tuesday, April 7 Thursday, April 9 Saturday, April 11 I have received zero responses to any of these emails. My Case ID is 102863102199. I do not want to click "complete your purchase now" as I've already been charged and don't want to be billed twice. Could someone from the Apple Developer team please look into this and activate my membership? I'm trying to launch my iOS app and this delay is blocking my entire submission timeline. Thank you.

Delays & No Communication on Apple Developer Enrollment
I enrolled in the Apple Developer program this past Monday, five days ago. The $99 charge was processed successfully. According to the Apple Developer portal, the account can take up to 48 hours to be provisioned. It has now been well beyond that, and I've received no communication from Apple Developer about what's going on. I filed a support ticket yesterday morning and have gotten no response. Has anyone else experienced these delays? Perhaps it's gotten worse in recent months as AI has made it so easy to develop? I have read elsewhere that the reason for this delay is an internal siloing between developer and user accounts. I get that Apple might need to put some gatekeeping in place for developer accounts, but this amount of delay seems ridiculous, and the lack of communication is really frustrating. I'm an indie developer trying to sell my products. The lack of support from Apple is costing me money with each day of delay. Anyone have similar experiences or advice on speeding up the process?

How to disconnect my personal ID from Company ID
Hi, I had an LLC (which is not dissolved). I had created a developer account for the company which was tied to my personal ID. Now that the company no longer exists, I want to sign up for a developer account using my personal ID so that I can publish apps as an individual. The problem is, when I login to my personal account, it shows the same Team ID as my company account. Talking to support has not helped, so turning to the community for some guidance and help. What is one supposed to do when the company goes out of business or close doors? Is there no way to delete a company account and release your personal ID from it? If anyone here knows how to do this, that would be a great help. Thanks

I purchased a Developer Account on April 4. The payment has processed and the status on the order reads "Enrollment Complete." On the Developer account page, however, it reads: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." It has been around two weeks since I received the winning notification, but I haven’t received any update regarding the delivery of the AirPods Max (2th generation). I have been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for over a week and I'm completely blocked. I'm reaching out here as a last resort after exhausting every option. The problem: Every enrollment attempt fails immediately after I select "Individual" and agree to the terms. I never reach the payment step. The only message I receive is: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." What I've tried: 3+ different Apple IDs (including brand new ones created specifically for this) Safari, Chrome, and Opera browsers Home WiFi and mobile data (different networks) Apple Developer app on iPhone Called Apple Developer Support — they said they cannot see a reason and cannot help Opened a support ticket — no response after 1 week My setup: Country: Turkey All Apple IDs have matching region and phone number (+90) No VPN during any attempt Two-factor authentication enabled on all accounts What I need: This appears to be a backend block that frontline support cannot see or resolve. I am requesting escalation to a team that can investigate and manually clear whatever is blocking my enrollment. I have a macOS app ready to submit to the App Store. This enrollment block is the only thing preventing me from publishing. Any help from Apple staff or developers who have resolved a similar situation would be greatly appreciated.
