On April 8, 2026, I paid for my individual Apple Developer Program membership and received an invoice (Order ID: D004747265). However, my developer account still shows "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now" and the status is "Pending." It looks like the payment hasn't been linked to my enrollment.
I've reached out to Apple Developer Support twice but haven't heard back.
Could this be related to my region (Belarus)?
Has anyone else experienced the same issue — payment successful but enrollment still asks to complete purchase — especially from a region like Belarus? How did you resolve it?
