Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Having issues authorizing payment for Apple Developer Program
Hey guysI’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment for about a week and still no luck. As well as I got from a small talk with the customer support – Apple never got my money. So it seems like my payment authorization fails all the time. But I don’t know what’s really going on.Have any of you ever had issues like that?Or maybe you just know what’s going on and how to fix it?

Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment
Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, November 4th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. Program enrollment issue, no response from support
Hi everyone, I’m running into a frustrating issue with the Apple Developer Program and would really appreciate any advice. I was charged $99 USD for the membership and received the confirmation email saying it would be processed within 2 business days. However, I still don’t have access to the membership, and nothing has been activated on my account. What makes it worse — I’ve already tried contacting Apple support multiple times via email, but I haven’t received any response at all. So right now I’m stuck: payment went through, but no membership and no support response. Has anyone faced this before? Did your membership eventually activate on its own? Is there any way to actually reach Apple support (chat, phone, anything that works)? Should I escalate this somehow or request a refund through my bank? Apple Developer Enrollment Stuck — Paid Twice, Still Pending
Hello, I am writing this post because the Apple Developer Program enrollment process is clearly malfunctioning, and I have reached a point where this situation is unacceptable. First payment I initially purchased the Apple Developer Program on December 3rd, 2025 at 16:03 (Turkey time). The payment was fully completed, confirmed by my bank, and I received the official Apple Store receipt. • Order ID: W1557478965 • Amount: 1029 TRY • Status: Completed / Posted Despite this, my account continued to show: • “Purchase your membership” • Enrollment status: Pending • No access to App Store Connect After several days with no response from Apple Support and no activation, I assumed something had gone wrong on Apple’s side. Second payment Because I was completely blocked and received no reply from support or the forums, I made a second payment to rule out any payment failure. • Order ID: W1694587309 • Amount: 1029 TRY • Status: Completed / Posted Current situation At this point: • Two separate payments • Two unique Apple Store order IDs • Zero activation • Zero response from Apple Support • Enrollment still Pending • App Store Connect still inaccessible Support case details: • Apple Support Case ID: 102769533427 • Multiple follow-ups sent • No reply • No action taken This is no longer a delay — this is a system-level failure. I have paid twice for a single Developer Program membership and received nothing in return: no activation, no explanation, and no support. I am formally requesting manual intervention by Apple staff to: 1. Immediately activate my Apple Developer Program membership 2. Investigate and resolve the duplicate payment (refund or clarification) 3. Explain why a paid enrollment can remain blocked with no support response If this forum is monitored by Apple employees, this issue requires urgent escalation. Company Developer Account locked
Hi everyone! Writing this from my personal Developer Account but this is related to my other account, enrolled under my startup organization account. Sunday morning I've started finalizing a feature on my startup that I've worked on with my colleagues for over a year already. I've pushed the code as usual, wanted to do a internal TestFlight build and I was apparently logged out on Xcode from my account. Thought it's no big deal - went to log in in Xcode Settings -> Account but my attempt was unsuccessful - I was presented a message stating "Unknown error occurred". Weird, but then I tried to use the browser to login into App Store Connect using the following account - I was met with the same message. Alright, I thought I might need to reset my password - clicked on Forgot Password and started the reset password flow. To my surprise, I am presented a new message, stating - Your account has been locked and I need to verify my phone number to request access to this account. I proceed, enter my phone number associated with the account and click continue. I am the presented with the message that my Account Access is Requested and I need to wait up to a day. I then also decided to check Keychain and well, surprise surprise - all my certificates have also been revoked from keychain, both development and distribution. Well, I wake up this morning to the following email: And attempting to login/reset password now presents a message stating that my account is now LOCKED: I've been an Apple Developer for more than 7 years. I've had multiple Developer accounts. This is the first time I'm seeing such things. Please, someone explain what is going on and how can I verify my identity with apple to access my account? I cannot release a new version of our startup's app. We are suffering business losses due to failing to meet a deadline with a potential client. I cannot believe such things are happening.

Can't register Apple Developer Account - stuck for 2.5 months
I set up a single-member LLC through Firstbase.io. My colleague obtained a DUNS number using the Certificate of Incorporation and EIN Verification Letter provided by Firstbase. Once we had the DUNS, I applied for an Apple Developer Account (Enrollment ID: 54AML988C5). I used my personal MacBook that I've had for years, but had to create a new Apple ID since I already have a personal Apple developer account that's been active for 8+ years. Documents I submitted with the enrollment: My passport EIN Verification Letter (with my name on it) Certificate of Incorporation A month later I received a rejection: "We're unable to proceed with your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program at this time. You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple Account to develop and test apps on your own device." Support doesn't respond to messages. The "Request a call" button on developer.apple.com/support literally does nothing — clicking it has no effect. I contacted D&B to make sure our company data was correct. They confirmed everything was fine, and at my request they updated the company profile so that my name now explicitly appears as Key Principal on the D&B website. Reached out to Apple support again — still no response. I then created a second Apple ID on our corporate domain (developer@mydomain_com) and submitted another enrollment (Enrollment ID: H9V8P25F67). Got the exact same rejection with the exact same wording. And once again — no response from support. What's especially surprising is that reaching out to Apple support from my personal developer account - which is active and in good standing - about this situation doesn't lead anywhere either. They simply don't respond. Has anyone dealt with this? What can actually be done here?

Apple Developer Account not activated 5 days after purchase
Hey everyone, I purchased an Apple Developer Program for 99 USD on January 1 2024, filled out my credit card that I use for iCloud+ storage plan, got my confirmation email that within 48h my developer account should be activated, but it never did. Plus after waiting more than 48h I wrote to support, describing everything, but never heard back from them. One thing I noticed during the checkout was I was asked for everything (name, address, CC number, expiry date) but not the CVV number. Is this normal, and would Apple be able to process the payment without it? I though about going through the enrolment process again, but am afraid of a double charge, in case my original enrolment gets accepted... Please advise and share your experiences when enrolling to the developer program. Thanks!

I applied for the Apple Developer Program on Jan 29th, but my enrollment is still pending with no updates. This delay is really affecting my project timeline since I need to start my app soon, and I can’t move forward without my account being approved. I’m creating a new post because the situation has gone far beyond reasonable. My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck in “Pending” status for almost a month. During this time, I have sent around 10 emails to Apple Developer Program Support. Result: ZERO REPLISES. NO EXPLANATIONS NO UPDATES. NO HELP. If you are experiencing the same issue — or have faced it before — please leave a comment or upvote this thread so it gets visibility. At this point, this seems to be the only way to get Apple’s attention. Apple, this situation needs to be addressed.

Apple Developer Program payment completed but membership not activated
Hello everyone, I’m looking for some guidance to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program membership. About one week ago, I completed the payment for the membership. I received an email with the subject: We’re processing your order Wxxxxxxxxxx That email included the order details and cost, and shortly after that, I also received the CFDI invoice for the payment, so the charge appears to have been completed successfully. However, up to now: I have not received any membership confirmation email The membership does not appear under Subscriptions in my Apple ID It is not active in the Apple Developer app On the Apple Developer website, I still see the usual message as if the membership was not purchased: “Purchase your membership to continue your enrollment. Buy today” I understand Apple mentions that the purchase may take up to 48 hours to process, but it has now been more than a week with no changes. Has anyone else encountered this situation? Is it normal to receive the invoice but not have the membership activated? Would you recommend contacting Apple Developer Support at this point? Thanks in advance for any help or shared experiences.

How to renew my annual membership (Apple Developer program)
My membership expires in 10 days and I'm trying to find out how I can renew it.According to Applet:"You can renew starting 30 days before the expiration date of your existing membership or any time after it expires. Your expiration date is available in your account on the developer website. To renew, sign in to your account with the Apple ID you used to enroll, and click the "Renew Now” button. If your membership is still active when you renew, your new membership will activate as soon as your current membership expires and you will receive two (2) new TSIs."So, I sign in to my account with the Apple ID I used to enroll and I can't see the "Reset Now" button anywyere.All I can see is the "Overview", "Membership", "Certificates, IDs & Profiles", "iTunes Connect", "CloudKit Dashboard" and "Code-Level Support" under the "Programs Resources" section, on the left, and the "Documentation", "Forums", "Bug Reporter" and "News & Updates" under the "Additional Resources" section, again on the left.I went to each and every of these and there is no "Renew Now" button anywhere.Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

Is this normal, and would Apple be able to process the payment without it? I though about going through the enrolment process again, but am afraid of a double charge, in case my original enrolment gets accepted... I applied for the Apple Developer Program on Jan 29th, but my enrollment is still pending with no updates. This delay is really affecting my project timeline since I need to start my app soon, and I can’t move forward without my account being approved. I’ve already reached out to Apple Developer Support, but I haven’t gotten any clear response on when it will be completed. tried even calling the support line but they couldn't help with developer accounts. I’m creating a new post because the situation has gone far beyond reasonable. My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck in “Pending” status for almost a month. During this time, I have sent around 10 emails to Apple Developer Program Support. Result: ZERO REPLISES. NO EXPLANATIONS NO UPDATES. NO HELP. If you are experiencing the same issue — or have faced it before — please leave a comment or upvote this thread so it gets visibility. At this point, this seems to be the only way to get Apple’s attention. Apple, this situation needs to be addressed.

Device stuck in processing
I have had this notice for a while: Registration is being processed for these devices. They may become available for development and ad hoc distribution in 24 to 72 hours. Changes to device availability will appear in the Status column. The status for my new iPhone has been stuck in this "Processing" state. See image:

HI there, ive registered Apple ID for distrobution Apps, enrollment was not completed properly and ive interested in cashback for enrollment to start enrollment again, but in second time there was written "complete your enrollment" and it requested from me second payment. QUestion is: can I cashback my first enrollment and why devpayment@apple.com dont awnsered me for a week?P.S. I was mailed from Apple ID, marked with "Your order has been canceled."

Apple Developer Program payment completed but membership not activated
Hello everyone, I’m looking for some guidance to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue with the Apple Developer Program membership. About one week ago, I completed the payment for the membership. I received an email with the subject: We’re processing your order Wxxxxxxxxxx That email included the order details and cost, and shortly after that, I also received the CFDI invoice for the payment, so the charge appears to have been completed successfully. However, up to now: I have not received any membership confirmation email The membership does not appear under Subscriptions in my Apple ID It is not active in the Apple Developer app On the Apple Developer website, I still see the usual message as if the membership was not purchased: “Purchase your membership to continue your enrollment. Buy today” I understand Apple mentions that the purchase may take up to 48 hours to process, but it has now been more than a week with no changes. Has anyone else encountered this situation? Is it normal to receive the invoice but not have the membership activated? Would you recommend contacting Apple Developer Support at this point? Thanks in advance for any help or shared experiences.

The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. How to renew my annual membership (Apple Developer program)
My membership expires in 10 days and I'm trying to find out how I can renew it.According to Applet:"You can renew starting 30 days before the expiration date of your existing membership or any time after it expires. Your expiration date is available in your account on the developer website. To renew, sign in to your account with the Apple ID you used to enroll, and click the "Renew Now” button. If your membership is still active when you renew, your new membership will activate as soon as your current membership expires and you will receive two (2) new TSIs."So, I sign in to my account with the Apple ID I used to enroll and I can't see the "Reset Now" button anywyere.All I can see is the "Overview", "Membership", "Certificates, IDs & Profiles", "iTunes Connect", "CloudKit Dashboard" and "Code-Level Support" under the "Programs Resources" section, on the left, and the "Documentation", "Forums", "Bug Reporter" and "News & Updates" under the "Additional Resources" section, again on the left.I went to each and every of these and there is no "Renew Now" button anywhere.Any ideas?Thanks in advance.
