Absolute joke took 5 days for email to request id verification, 3 days after I sent and still nothing

My application has been pending since February 8th and I haven't heard back from support after submitting a case.

Glad to know I am not the only 1 facing this, tried to escalate in every possible way but no response. They asked to upload document and after sharing promised will get back in 2 business days but no response. They should pay compensation for inconvenience and breaking there commitment of 2 days.

Same here, it's been weeks. I was asked to provide proof of employment from the company I own. Interesting things occurring in Cupertino :)

contacted customer service, no help

I received an email with a link to upload documents. It reads, "Please note that we still need the documentation we requested two weeks ago in an email titled “Request for Enrollment Documents”.

The problem is, I never received such an email. It's not in my inbox, spam or junk folders. Are there universal documents that are requested of everyone, or is what's being requested unique to you on a case-by-case basis?

I've requested email responses. I've requested phone calls. I've received nothing besides automated emails that have me stuck in an infinite loop.
