Hi, I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, model A2849, which according to Apple’s official specifications, supports eSIM. However, in the settings, there is no visible option to add an eSIM (see attached screenshot). There is no “Add Cellular Plan” or any other eSIM-related menu. I’ve already checked for software updates, restarted the device, and reset the network settings, but the issue remains. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to fix it? I'm running IOS 18.5 on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. If I delete an email on my iPhone, it is still in the inbox on my iMac. If I delete an email on my iMac it is deleted from the inbox on my iPhone. Is this because of the Beta software on my phone?

Hi, I've been trying to debug an issue with my extension. I am able to register the extension on install of my app, can select it under Phone> SMS/Call Reporting. When I touch Report it brings up my view controller, with the sender and message details. I set let response = ILClassificationResponse(action: .reportJunk) I've added debug logs throughout my extension and everything looks good. just updated macos to 15.5 beta 2, cannot login anymore! i reach the login screen, i enter the correct password, the loading bar stops at around 10%, after about 1 minute the system restarts, it return to the login screens, and so on… any suggestion about debugging this type of situation?

So I downloaded and installed iOS26 on my iPhone 15 Pro and after that it does not want to boot anymore. It shows a battery with one red line. Which is weird because before it restarted it had 80% of the battery and I had the power cable connected at all time. Now I can't boot it up anymore. Not even with the volume button up, down, power button trick. Please help!

I set iOS 26 to install overnight, put my iPhone 16 Pro on the MagSafe charger, watched it charge just fine, and went to sleep. When I woke up the iPhone showed the “plug into power” dead battery screen. I took it off MagSafe and put it back on. A half hour later the phone was warm but still wouldn’t power on, just showed the battery screen with a little red in it. I took it off MagSafe and plugged it into my iPad charging brick with USB cable to give it more power, still it did not turn on. I tried holding all the buttons to try to force a restart but didn’t work. For anyone else encountering this, do this to enter DFU mode and restore it. I had to do it a few times before I got the timing right. Plug into your Mac and open Finder (or apparently a PC with Apple Devices or iTunes) Press and quickly release volume up Press and quickly release volume down Press and hold right side button When the battery disappears and screen goes black, hold volume down and continue holding side button After a couple seconds release the side button and continue holding volume down A prompt to allow connecting to the iPhone should appear after a couple seconds, click Allow, and it’ll say the iPhone entered DFU mode - proceed to restore the firmware

I encountered some issues while developing a Vision Pro program using Unity. After binding an ARAnchor to a game object, I overlapped the virtual game object with a real-world cup. However, when I moved around with the Vision Pro on, the virtual game object shifted, causing the real-world cup and the virtual object to no longer coincide. Is there a way to solve this?

I have an idea for an app for awhile (5+ years) and it took awhile (a year or more to figure out how to develop on - I know C/C++/FORTRAN, started in the punch card era). I ended up using the MacBook I had, some books and chatGPT and plunged into development. BTW this was all happening while I'm retired, included moving to FL from MD. There are times where development stops for months at a time, I've started and stopped at least four or five times on different portions of the project. I've realized that I can actually skip the user interface until the end if ever. At the beginning of code development, I did little more that "Hello world" programs to get my feet wet. Golf, pickleball, doctor appointments, etc. interrupts development. When I get back to it, my code has "disappeared", I open Xcode, open the project and I don't see any of my code - where did it go? I did find the code using the Finder in Directory/projname/projname/ContentView.swift (I'm not sure why projname is duplicated, no doubt my ignorance!) - so the code is still present, somewhere!

I have created an app and for the final stage i added subscription feature. This works great in testflight, but not when i push out to external testers. I set up what i needed to in apple store connect (i must have done it right as it works in testflight), and i linked it to th emost recent version. Nothing I do seems to get the sub info to display and pull through to the app in the sub box when selected. No price and the usual stuff. I was told send for review. Failed the review and im working on that but something tell sme this is a glitch athat needs fixed on my account maybe. Can anyone help please

I have raised a support ticket regadring a concern I had with apple developer account. I got a respose via email, asking some more details. After that I have replied to the same mail thread with requested details. But I havent got any respose after that. I would like to is that the correct way of responding to support ticket ?
