Hi everyone, My new app, was recently approved and its status changed to "Ready for Sale" in App Store Connect. Everything seems to be working fine technically: I can download the app perfectly using the direct App Store link, and it also appears correctly when I click on my Developer Name. However, when I search for the exact and unique name in the App Store search tab, it doesn't show up at all. I am aware that search indexing can usually take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours, but I wanted to ask if anyone else is experiencing unusual delays with the search index right now? Is there anything else I can do to trigger the indexing process besides waiting or pushing a new update?

i have issue with my developer account, it was displaying agree to the new license agreement(which i already did), when i click it, it was asking me enroll to developer program, which i was enrolled months before. now i cant able to distribute the app in xcode as it says unknow team id i have raised many cases but i am not getting reply, why?

Timeline: Submitted: March 27 First contacted Apple Support: April 2 Follow-up: April 6 Today: April 9 – still no resolution, no response from support Apple Support said they'd respond within 2 days, but it's been 7 days since my first contact with no reply. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything I can do to speed this up or escalate it? A few months back I migrated my account from an Individual account to an Organisation account. Since then, I published an app to the appstore. Under "Developer" in the app store, it still shows my Individual Account name, not the Business name I have entered since. I did open a case to try and fix this on March 30th but havent received any response or update. In the meantime our business also got a new phone number so I decided to update account information and in the Notes section reference the issue with the Developer field again, but also havent received an update. Am I looking in the wrong place or contacting the wrong people? Any help would genuinely he lifesaving.

I want to transfer a few of my apps from my personal developer account to my company developer account. I registered my company in Hong Kong and registered it with Apple Developer, but now I cannot make the payment. I tried using my Airwallex bank cards (in Hong Kong, VISA) and my Thai bank cards (Mastercard and Visa), but I always encounter payment errors. I emailed Developer Support, but they did not help; they always tell me to try different cards or register again. It does not work. I tried four different bank cards, all of which are 100% functional. I tried everything I found on the internet: saving a card in Apple ID, switching my Apple ID to Hong Kong, and trying different addresses. Nothing is working. Please help!

I created my Apple developer account and made the payment on Saturday, April 4th. Apple sent me a receipt via email and confirmed the payment. I need to start optimizing my app for the App Store as soon as possible, but Apple still hasn't approved my developer account. I created a support ticket but received no response. I tried to reach them by phone, and after waiting for minutes, I finally got through to an authorized person, but they were unhelpful and just told me to wait. Why is this process so difficult and uncertain?

I have a macOS App Store app with a lifetime non-consumable IAP. I can’t do a normal App Store app transfer, so the app will be re-released as a new app under a different Apple Developer Team. That means users’ old purchases won’t automatically carry over. I want to let existing customers keep their lifetime access in the new app, but I want to do it in an Apple-approved way and avoid anything that would look like a custom license-key unlock flow. A few questions: Is there any Apple-supported way for the new app to recognize a user’s purchase from the old app? If not, is the safest App Review-compliant option to make the new app’s equivalent IAP temporarily free or discounted? Would a custom migration/recovery flow for prior customers be allowed, or would that likely violate 3.1.1? Has anyone handled this kind of migration before? Thanks.

Hi everyone Please i need someone to explain this, I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar with their payments. In March, in App Store Connect → Trends → Proceeds, I can see that my total proceeds are $343. However, in Payments and Financial Reports, Apple shows that they will pay me only $258 USD. (sales 482USD) From what I understand, taxes and Apple’s commission are already deducted when calculating proceeds, so I’m confused about why there is still such a big difference between the proceeds amount and the final payment. Has anyone faced this before or knows what could explain this gap? thanks

So it's not surprising it's like Apple uses automated app review or something. if isAntivirus() { terminateDeveloperAccount() } They said we were dishonest when in reality they were the ones that outright lied or refused to read our app review notes.

Hello everyone, Since roughly 12 hours i can no longer submit updated to my Apps, i always get a "Unable to Add for Review" with "To submit new apps or avoid potential payment blocks, add compliance information for Directive on Administrative Cooperation–7th Amendment (DAC7).". I of course already a few weeks ago went to the Business sections and selected "No" as it does not apply to us. I tried a lot but cannot make submissions work. I also contacted the Apple support but got no Feedback yet, does anyone have the same issue? What i tried: Switching DAC7 from No to Yes and then back to No again Private Browsing (Cache reset) Checked all other Agreementes, all is fine and "active" I fail to see any issue and assume it is an Apple central issue as they 1st of April rolled out the new DAC7 compliance check. Checking other posts iOS 12 should still be supported but the having upgraded an App in App Store it will not run on iOS 12 devices. Is there a trick to building for iOS12 support or has the goal post moved to iOS 15 which I find in specs for XCode

Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid on March 11th. Georgian address, Georgian card, Georgian region set on the account. The payment went through 3 times with email acknowledgements each time, but the account is still stuck on "pending." I contacted support by email on March 19th (Case: 102848062117) and again on March 26th (Case: 102853109499), including my phone number. The only visible change since then is that I now have an option to confirm my phone number and get called back, but when I click on it, nothing happens. It just redirects me back to the list of cases I opened. Please escalate so we can resolve the issue.

I recently released version 8.5.4 (build 188) using Cloud Build. During testing via TestFlight, the app worked correctly on an iPhone 6 running iOS 12.5.8. However, after the app was published on the App Store, I found that the same version does not open at all on iOS 12 devices. Previously, earlier versions (such as 8.5.3) were functioning properly on iOS 12. My app’s minimum deployment target is set to iOS 12.0. This issue appears only with the App Store version, while the TestFlight version works fine on the same device. Due to this, I have paused the phased release of version 8.5.4 to prevent further impact on users still running iOS 12. I would like guidance on the following: 1. Has there been any recent change or limitation affecting apps targeting iOS 12 on the App Store? 2. Is there a way to prevent iOS 12 users from downloading version 8.5.4 while allowing them to continue using version 8.5.3? 3. Is there any recommended approach to ensure compatibility or restrict distribution based on iOS version? If I had known this issue in advance, I would have adjusted the deployment target accordingly before release. Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.
