Apple Developer Account permanent Termination/Deletion request
I am requesting full deletion and termination of my apple developer account and all data and revocation of the Apple Developer Agreement. I am revoking Apple Developer Agreement. This should be irreversible. I have already tried to contact apple developer support few times and the request just gets ignored and closed. The developer account is associated with my Apple ID that I am on forums with. Thanks.

Program enrollment
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on April 2, and it has now been a week, but my account is still showing as pending. I already sent an email to Apple Support about it, but I still have not received any update. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue. Did this happen to anyone here, and how long did it take for your enrollment to go through? I hope it gets fixed soon. Thanks.

Can't register Apple Developer Account - stuck for 2.5 months
I set up a single-member LLC through Firstbase.io. My colleague obtained a DUNS number using the Certificate of Incorporation and EIN Verification Letter provided by Firstbase. Once we had the DUNS, I applied for an Apple Developer Account (Enrollment ID: 54AML988C5). I used my personal MacBook that I've had for years, but had to create a new Apple ID since I already have a personal Apple developer account that's been active for 8+ years. Documents I submitted with the enrollment: My passport EIN Verification Letter (with my name on it) Certificate of Incorporation A month later I received a rejection: "We're unable to proceed with your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program at this time. You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple Account to develop and test apps on your own device." Support doesn't respond to messages. The "Request a call" button on developer.apple.com/support literally does nothing — clicking it has no effect. I contacted D&B to make sure our company data was correct. They confirmed everything was fine, and at my request they updated the company profile so that my name now explicitly appears as Key Principal on the D&B website. Reached out to Apple support again — still no response. I then created a second Apple ID on our corporate domain (developer@mydomain_com) and submitted another enrollment (Enrollment ID: H9V8P25F67). Got the exact same rejection with the exact same wording. And once again — no response from support. What's especially surprising is that reaching out to Apple support from my personal developer account - which is active and in good standing - about this situation doesn't lead anywhere either. They simply don't respond. Has anyone dealt with this? What can actually be done here?

Include the release date and sw_vers in macos release notes
This is not exactly a feedback about the forums but I couldn't find a better location to ask this question. The macos release notes are hosted at developer.apple.com. For example, the macos 26.4 release note is here https://developer.apple.com/documentation/macos-release-notes/macos-26_4-release-notes. Would it be possible to include the release date in those release notes? Right now, it's hard to locate that information. It would also be useful to even include the sw_vers of that particular release in those release notes. For example: ProductName: macOS ProductVersion: 26.4 BuildVersion: 25E246 Having the sw_vers and the release date in the first few lines of the release note would be handy. The reason I went looking for the release date was because the corresponding sources for macos 26.4 hasn't yet been listed at https://opensource.apple.com/releases/. It usually takes a few days for that to happen, so I wanted to see how long it has been since 26.4 was released.

Regarding Developer Program Activation Status
Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request assistance regarding the activation of my Apple Developer Program membership. I have already completed the purchase of the Individual Developer Program (USD 99), but my account has not yet been activated. It has been longer than the usual processing time, and my Membership status still does not show as active. Thank you very much for your time and support. I appreciate your help.

Nonprofit Foundation Apple Developer Account — Enrollment Processing for Weeks, Cannot Access App Store Connect
My name is Paul Merriman. I am the founder of the Merriman Financial Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing free financial education. Our iOS app was initially submitted under our technology manager's personal developer account, which was correctly flagged as an issue. We have since enrolled the Foundation as an organization using our verified D-U-N-S number and submitted all required documentation confirming our nonprofit status. We are experiencing two related issues: 1. Enrollment Stuck Processing Our Foundation enrollment has been in "processing" status for several weeks. Our enrollment ID is 7YAJUR73GH. We have not received any updates or communication from Apple about what is needed to complete enrollment. 2. App Store Connect Access Because enrollment is not complete, we cannot log in to App Store Connect using the Foundation's Apple ID. We receive this error: "To access App Store Connect, you must be an individual or team member in the Apple Developer Program." App Review — No Response The app was previously rejected because it was under a personal account rather than the Foundation's account. We corrected this but have received no response to follow-up emails in several weeks. Has anyone experienced this with a nonprofit organization enrollment being stuck in processing? Is there an escalation path beyond email for enrollment issues? Thank you, Paul Merriman Merriman Financial Education Foundation

Apple Developer account terminated
Dear Apple Developer Support, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to kindly follow up regarding my reinstatement request for my Apple Developer Program membership (Case ID: 102852765171). I would also like to respectfully clarify one point regarding my app. The app name “Tango” was used without any intention of infringing on copyright or creating confusion. At the time, I was not aware of any conflict, and I had checked availability on the App Store. However, I now understand that this may still raise concerns under Apple’s policies. I take full responsibility for this oversight. To address this, I confirm that I will permanently remove this app and will not publish it again under the same or similar name. I will ensure that all future apps are carefully reviewed to avoid any potential naming or policy issues. I fully understand the importance of Apple’s guidelines and remain committed to strict compliance moving forward. I would greatly appreciate any update you can provide regarding the status of my appeal. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. Paid for Apple Developer Program but Account Still Pending After 2 Weeks (No Response from Support)
Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here can help or point me in the right direction. I paid for the Apple Developer Program on March 26, 2026, but as of today (April 8, 2026), my account is still not active. On the developer portal, it still shows “Purchase to complete”, even though the payment has already gone through. I’ve already submitted two support tickets, but I haven’t received any response so far. Case number: 102856383224 Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to escalate this issue? Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Enrollment cancelled after successful payment – charged but account inactive
Hello, I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program multiple times due to initial payment errors. My payment was eventually successfully processed and charged, but I have now received a cancellation notice stating that the 7-day period expired based on the first attempt, not the successful one. This appears to be a system timing issue, as the final successful transaction occurred later. I would like to request either: 1. Reactivation of my enrollment without additional payment, or 2. A refund of the charged amount I am currently blocked from continuing development and publishing. Thank you.

Unable to enroll in Apple Developer Program – “Cannot Connect” error despite active internet
Hi, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program using the Apple Developer app on my iPhone, but I’m facing a persistent issue. After clicking “Enroll,” the screen keeps loading for about 1–2 minutes and then shows the error: “Cannot Connect – You must be connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular data network.” However, my internet connection is working perfectly: I am able to browse websites and use apps normally I have tested both Wi-Fi and mobile data I am currently signed in with my Apple ID Two-factor authentication is enabled and working correctly What I have already tried: Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data Restarting the device Signing out and signing back into Apple ID Ensuring no VPN or custom DNS is active Despite this, the issue persists. Is this a known issue with Apple Developer enrollment services, or is there something specific I need to check on my account or device? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Provisioning profiles marked "Ineligible" for Contactless Pass Provisioning even though entitlement is present in profile
We are seeing what looks like a signing / managed-capability mismatch for Contactless Pass Provisioning. Environment Team ID: S7AUTD2C2B Bundle IDs: com.swiftpass.ios com.swiftpass.ios.dev Xcode: 26.4 macOS: 26.4 Problem Our app has had Contactless Pass Provisioning approved by Apple for a long time, and builds were working until a few days ago. Without any intentional signing/capability changes on our side, Xcode started failing with the following error: Provisioning profile "Swiftpass prod Appstore" doesn't include the Contactless Pass Provisioning capability. Contactless Pass Provisioning capability needs to be assigned to your team and bundle identifier by Apple in order to be included in a profile. Observed behavior Xcode marks the relevant provisioning profiles as "Ineligible" in the profile selector. This affects both development/debug and release/App Store builds. If we remove Contactless Pass Provisioning from the app entitlements/capabilities, the exact same profiles immediately become eligible and the signing error disappears. Important detail The downloaded provisioning profiles already contain the entitlement that Xcode claims is missing. We verified the downloaded profile with: security cms -D -i /Users/sergej/Downloads/Swiftpass_prod_Appstore\(1\).mobileprovision and it contains: <key>com.apple.developer.contactless-payment-pass-provisioning</key> <array> <string>shareablecredential</string> </array> So the issue appears to be that the profile contents look correct the capability is still present in the developer portal but Xcode's eligibility check still says the profile does not include the capability What we verified Contactless Pass Provisioning is still enabled for the App ID in the Apple Developer portal Newly recreated / redownloaded profiles still contain the entitlement Both dev and distribution profiles are affected The behavior is reproducible across profile refreshes and local cleanup What we already tried Reinstalled Xcode Updated Xcode and macOS Updated command line tools Cleaned DerivedData Deleted local provisioning profile cache Refreshed/redownloaded profiles from Xcode Recreated provisioning profiles in the developer portal Removed and re-added the capability in Xcode Expected behavior If the downloaded provisioning profile contains com.apple.developer.contactless-payment-pass-provisioning, Xcode should treat that profile as eligible. Actual behavior Xcode reports that the capability is missing and marks the profile as ineligible, even though the entitlement is present in the downloaded profile. Question Has anyone seen this specific mismatch with Contactless Pass Provisioning or other managed capabilities? This currently looks like either: an Apple backend/App ID capability-assignment sync problem, or an Xcode eligibility-validation bug for managed capabilities Feedback Assistant ID: FB22439399. It contains screenshots that showcase the issue as well.

macOS Terminal: Script invoked via binary sometimes runs as Groovy instead of through the binary
I’m seeing unexpected execution behavior on macOS where a script invoked explicitly through a binary is not being passed to that binary. Example: Code filebot -script /Users//score_engine_v3.groovy Instead of being executed inside FileBot’s ScriptShell environment, macOS sometimes compiles the script as a plain Groovy class, producing errors like: Code No such property: input for class: __script_xxxxx This only happens when macOS bypasses the binary and hands the file to Groovy directly. Questions: Under what conditions would macOS bypass the invoking binary and treat a .groovy file as a Groovy script even when the binary is explicitly specified? Are there known cases where exported environment variables in zsh are not inherited by child processes launched by certain binaries? Could extended attributes, quarantine flags, or execution policies cause macOS to treat user‑edited .groovy files differently from newly created ones? Thanks for any insight.

Program enrolled but charged twice
Subscribed the Apple Developer program and paid $100 but it showed i was not enrolled. I was prompted to enrollment process and paid another $100 for Apple Developer program 1 year. Now I am enrolled but I got double charged. I cancelled the subscription but it didn't refund. I created cases with 3 emails escalation and 2 phone supports. The support guy cannot fix it and said only senior support can fix. But that senior guy never called me back or reached me out. This is a flawed onboarding process. Like why this developer program allows subscription when developer is not enrolled yet. Also I cannot see the enrollment payment from Apple Store. From there only subscription payment was included. I had to navigate to list order page for enrollment payment detail. There are both program charges but seem they are managed by different teams.

Developer Enrollment
Enrolled as a Developer on April 3rd, paid the $100, it was approved and has come out of my account. It is now April 7th and I still have yet to be approved. Wondering what the next steps are? Most of these threads seem to go dead after a couple of days. I was told posting here helps, can anyone confirm?
