Automatically Rejected from Apple Developer Program; Denied Explanation
Looking for advice: I've been automatically rejected from Apple's Developer Program without an explanation. Hi everyone, It seems I’ve hit a brick wall, so I’m reaching out to see if anyone here has experienced something similar to this or has any advice or resources to share. I recently attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but my application was immediately denied after submission. Within one second of submitting my driver’s license, the app stated that Apple was unable to verify my identity and that I needed to reach out to Developer Support for further assistance. When I first contacted Developer Support for clarification, the representative was happy to help. After being taken off hold, she said she couldn't offer any more information, but assured me that I'd later receive an email with further details related to my account and next steps. However, instead of steps to resolve the issue, I received a denial email repeating the same message about being unable to verify my identity (screenshot attached). I’ve since spoken to multiple representatives and supervisors, and, while everyone was initially polite and understanding, it changed after I was taken off hold. Here’s what I’ve been told: The decision is final, and there is no possibility of escalation or appeal. The supervisors themselves, despite being the final decision makers, have no access to the specific reason for applicants’ denial and, thus, could not provide any additional details. I was also invited to join Apple's “Xcode program,” which I found out just means they’ll allow me to buy Xcode from the app store and use it without a developer account (I already do that). Every time a support representative reread the sentence about being “unable to verify [my] identity,” I responded by offering to provide additional forms of identification. However, that offer was never addressed. The last senior advisor I spoke with stated to me over the phone that: She was the highest authority on the matter. There was absolutely no way to escalate the issue further; it was 100% impossible. She physically did not have access to the reason for my denial. Neither she nor anyone else at Apple was able to offer further assistance. I asked this senior advisor to send me an email with the above points in writing, which she said she would do. However, the email I received was a virtual copy-paste of the email from the first support representative, stating the same few sentences verbatim. This has left me deeply confused, especially as no specific reason for denial has been shared, and since I was explicitly denied any opportunity to address (or even get information on) potential issues. I’d like to ask this community: Has anyone else experienced this sort of immediate rejection and/or a refusal to disclose the reason for that rejection? Are there specific guidelines or policies I may have unknowingly violated that I should review? If so, what could be the reason why they’re being withheld from me? Are there any resources or alternative channels I can explore to resolve this issue? I’m so thoroughly confused, and I’m genuinely at a loss with how to move forward. I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep encountering this error message: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." Initially, I tried using a newly created Apple ID, and when that didn’t work, I attempted it with my older Apple ID. Unfortunately, I received the same error both times. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what might be causing it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Issues with Apple Developer Account and Revoked Certificates
Hello, I am experiencing a critical issue with my Apple Developer Program account. I successfully enrolled months ago, and my subscription is active as per my account details. However, I am now unable to access my developer membership features, and when I sign into my account it redirects me to the enrollment page as if I had never enrolled. Key details of the issue: Active subscription: My Apple Developer Program membership is active and set to renew on 17 October 2025. The subscription page confirms this, and the payment was successfully processed. REVOKED CERTIFICATES: Certificates I created weeks ago have been revoked without any explanation or notification. No email notifications: I have not received any communication from Apple regarding issues with my account or certificates. Attempts to Resolve: Cleared cookies and cache. Tried logging in on multiple devices and browsers. Signed out of all devices and logged back in. Could someone please assist me in understanding why my account is behaving this way? Is there a specific team or channel I should contact to escalate this issue? Thank you in advance for your help!

how long does it take to get apple developer account approved?
I'm at my wit's end with Apple's ridiculous timeframes! They promise 2 days but then completely ghost you for weeks. Here I am, literally trying to give them my money and get things moving, but it's like hitting a brick wall over and over. I've tried everything - even set up a whole separate account - and what do I get? Just more 'pending' status. No updates, no explanations, just endless waiting. How is it possible for a trillion-dollar company to make something as simple as accepting payment so infuriatingly difficult?

Company Developer Account locked
Hi everyone! Writing this from my personal Developer Account but this is related to my other account, enrolled under my startup organization account. Sunday morning I've started finalizing a feature on my startup that I've worked on with my colleagues for over a year already. I've pushed the code as usual, wanted to do a internal TestFlight build and I was apparently logged out on Xcode from my account. Thought it's no big deal - went to log in in Xcode Settings -> Account but my attempt was unsuccessful - I was presented a message stating "Unknown error occurred". Weird, but then I tried to use the browser to login into App Store Connect using the following account - I was met with the same message. Alright, I thought I might need to reset my password - clicked on Forgot Password and started the reset password flow. To my surprise, I am presented a new message, stating - Your account has been locked and I need to verify my phone number to request access to this account. I proceed, enter my phone number associated with the account and click continue. I am the presented with the message that my Account Access is Requested and I need to wait up to a day. I then also decided to check Keychain and well, surprise surprise - all my certificates have also been revoked from keychain, both development and distribution. Well, I wake up this morning to the following email: And attempting to login/reset password now presents a message stating that my account is now LOCKED: I've been an Apple Developer for more than 7 years. I've had multiple Developer accounts. This is the first time I'm seeing such things. Please, someone explain what is going on and how can I verify my identity with apple to access my account? I cannot release a new version of our startup's app. We are suffering business losses due to failing to meet a deadline with a potential client. I cannot believe such things are happening.

No access to developer resources as administrator
We are currently experiencing the following: Developers who are invited to Appstore Connect in the "Administrator" role and are members of the development team no longer have access to the team's developer resources at https://developer.apple.com Even after deleting the user and a new invitation, there is no access to the developer resources. The problem has existed since yesterday and can be traced in several developer accounts.

Join WWDC in Apple Park
Thank you very much for choosing me to go to Apple Park to participate in WWDC. I am looking forward to participating in this event. May I ask you some questions? I am a young Apple Developer Program from China. And I am the winner of the Swift Student Challenge in 2024. I am over 13 years old. I used my own Developer account, not my parents', to apply for WWDC activities and all the events I carry out. Since I am under 18 years old, my parents may need to sign the Special Event Parental Permission Statement. Where can I find it? My parents will sign it. At the same time, I noticed that the bottom of the RSVP form requires me to guarantee that I am at least 18 years old, but I am not. And I used my own account to apply for WWDC, so I want to know how to meet this need? I need a non-immigrant visa to go to the United States. So, I need to prove to the visa officer that I have received an invitation from Apple. Could Apple send me a formal invitation letter to prove that I have received an invitation from Apple? At the same time, as a teenager, I need to go to the United States with my mother, so can you mention the information of my guardian (my mother) in the invitation letter? Ps: I am very independent. I am well aware that the number of people in WWDC is limited. My mother will not enter the venue unless otherwise required.

Urgent: Developer Account Locked After Payment – No Access or Refund
Hello, I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid the $99 fee. Before I could even submit my app or access any services, my Apple ID was locked without warning or explanation. I received no specific communication, and I am now unable to log in, request support, or access the developer tools I paid for. Apple has effectively taken payment without providing the service. Developer Program pending for a week
Hi there, Last week i was finally able to get through and purchase my membership for the Apple Developer Program. The problem is, even though I already paid, it keeps saying: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now, Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." I've tried to reach out to apple developer support numerous times, but no reply whatsoever... What do i do at this point?

The adventure to become a developer
I think from January 2025 I'm trying to become a developer for apple. The process was an adventure. First time I used the website to become a registered developer. All good until i wasn't able to make any inputs in a disabled required field that was required but empty. I said ok, I'll try to use their support to guide me. After couple of mails I've understood that those answers were like: "sorry for inconvenience but try again maybe you didn't do something as expected". I've restarted the process many times and did tried, nothing worked. So... go back to email with support (note, there is no quick reply, sometimes it takes near a week or so to respond: and the response is "try again, sorry to hear that, let us know if we can help you") After a month or so i got an email that told me to use the application to enroll. So I decided to use it. So I've canceled my active enroll and moved to the device. My iPad Pro didn't worked, so I moved to MacBook Pro and tried from there with the Developer App. Didn't work.... Go back to email support. After a while they told me that is an issue with my card and they can't get my money from it, (is the same that I'm using on their store to buy app and it works without any issue). After another months spent on emails (copule because of their response timing, maximum 2 reply each week) and after I said I'll do my best to find someone from their management to let them know the nightmare that I'm forced to live with the support team, they said let me call you. They called me and their tool for remote view desktop didn't worked so it was like, do this, do that, I did, I did, I tried...ok let's try one more time and don't touch anything after. I did what they said and they told me that I'll be contacted soon. 2-3 days I waited for the call and...nothing... I did sent reply email support to understand the status of enrollment. I got this: " Thanks for your message. I will be happy to provide a status update. Your orders have not been successful. I am trying once again today. Since it is Friday, it will take a little longer to process. I will check on it again on Monday, when we are back in the office. Kind regards, " And today is Tuesday and nothing... I did asked also if you can't take my money just let me know the error that you receive so I'll be able to contact card issuer and ask to verify if that is an issue with it. I did asked and they told me they don't see any issue. Now I'm stuck,,,, Do I need to contact Tim just to open a developer account? I think he's busy with more important stuff. @support

I have Apple Account in that my clients give me App store admin access. still i can't access the Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles its show me Access Unavailable This resource is only for developers enrolled in a developer program or members of an organization’s team in a developer program. But my client already enrol or they give me access of admin level. can you please tell how can i got access of that ?

After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English. They suggested that I submit my driver's license instead. Following that advice, I uploaded my driver license, and I received a confirmation from Apple Support that the document was received. However, I still haven’t received any further updates, and my enrollment is pending. This delay is becoming critical.

how long does it take to get apple developer account approved?

Apple tries to double charge me for enrollment
I enrolled to the program via the Developer app and paid for the subscription, got my receipt. The app now says the enrollment is not available. Xcode says I have no developer account. The Appstore mac app says the subscription is active. The developer website says I need to pay. Again. Is this some kind of scam or what?

Provisioning profile doesn't include the com.apple.developer.music-kit entitlement.
I'm trying to create an app that authenticates to Apple Music using MusicKit but whenever I try to build my profile through eas, I am getting this error: Provisioning profile doesn't include the com.apple.developer.music-kit entitlement. However, my provisioning profile does have MusicKit enabled.

My name is Batsaikhan Uugantsetseg, and I recently paid $99 for Apple Developer Program enrollment. However, I have not yet been approved. After submitting my application, I uploaded my Mongolian citizen ID for verification. Later, I received an email from Apple Developer Support (Asia) informing me that the ID was not accepted because it is not written in English.
