Hello all, I’m hoping someone here has gone through the process of integrating an ERP system with the Apple GSX API and can offer some guidance. We’re currently working with an AASP who asked us to integrate our ERP with the Apple GSX API. It’s the first time for both of us, and we’re a bit stuck on how to properly get started. The AASP contacted their regional manager, who confirmed that an NDA and an Apple Developer Account would be necessary. However, he hasn’t handled this type of integration before and is still seeking internal guidance. That was a few months ago, and due to his workload, the AASP hasn’t heard back from him yet. Meanwhile, we’ve already enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and opened a support case, but we’ve been redirected to the forums since our case goes beyond standard support. So now we’re trying to understand: What steps need to be completed by the AASP? What are the steps we, as the ERP provider, need to take in order to receive API access? Are there any specific documents, applications, or technical requirements we should prepare in advance? We’d really appreciate any guidance or insight from others who have gone through this process — or even partial answers to help us move forward. Thanks in advance for your time!

I am here out of desperation after opening a case on IT support. when a user fills out their application, uploads resume - all of that info is saved. however, when you click "submit," the button does not work. I (along w/tons of other ppl) have tried all the usual remedies: clear cache, try different browsers, try different networks, try different devices - NOTHING WORKS. this is maddening b/c it is affecting my life and career. this is an urgent need. it is also disappointing that there is no tech support for the Careers site! this was confirmed by IT support today, they could not find anything and sent me here instead. please help! I was an apple contractor last year and want to come back but can't even submit my application.

Hello everyone, I’m looking for some clarity from the community regarding eligibility for the Swift Student Challenge 2026, particularly for students taking a gap year in India. I graduated from high school (Class XII, CBSE – India) in May 2025. After graduating, I chose to take a gap year to prepare for competitive entrance examinations in India, with the goal of pursuing Computer Science / Engineering. I’ll be applying to accredited universities for programs starting in mid-2026, and I’m not currently enrolled in a college. My question: The eligibility guidelines state that high school graduates must have graduated within the past 6 months and must be awaiting acceptance or have received acceptance to an accredited institution. Since the submission deadline is February 28, 2026, my graduation would be about 9 months prior, which puts me in a gray area. Has anyone here participated in, or seen others participate in, the Swift Student Challenge while taking a gap year and preparing for university entrance exams? Is there any known flexibility or precedent for students in this situation? I’ve been following the Swift Student Challenge since 2023 and would really love to participate if I’m eligible. Apple provides a function to create TTS voice as a file in TTS. (AVSpeechUtterance/AVSpeechSynthesizer) Or, if the user records the video of TTS playback and uses that video I wonder what the scope of use is if I use this TTS voice to make YouTube, TikTok, or commercial videos. Is it impossible to use it commercially at all? Can I use it commercially with the source indicated? Can I use it commercially without a separate source indication? Is there a difference in commercial use license between Siri voices and regular TTS voices?

Hello, We have an internal enterprise app. After the provisioning profile (certificate) expired, some employees' iPhones still retained the old certificate when updating the app, causing the app to fail to open. We’ve tried restarting and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. Having each employee manually reset network or device settings would be too operationally costly. Since this involves a large number of devices, we cannot use Apple Configurator to remove and reinstall certificates one by one. Therefore, we’d like to ask if there is a more efficient, batch-oriented solution to quickly resolve the certificate residue issue. We’d appreciate any suggestions for large-scale deployment methods. Currently, I’m researching the sales process for an app and realized that I lack sufficient understanding when it comes to creating official documents such as estimates, invoices, and receipts — especially when dealing with corporate clients. In our company’s case, we can issue documents based on the net revenue (after platform fees are deducted). However, when issuing these documents to a client, would it be more appropriate to include a breakdown showing both the platform fee and the app usage fee? Hello, I have implemented my virtual meeting extension and my application shows no issues in the calendar application, with a join button displayed. Everything is great!. However, with the help of EKEventEditViewController and EKEvent instances, when creating an event from the main target of the application using EventKitUI, the event will not be displayed as a virtual meeting. I have seen that other applications like Zoom have already implemented this, and I find it difficult to find relevant documentation on how to link events created by the program to virtual meetings. How do I set an event as a meeting when I want to add it to the main program? A yellow banner has appeared on my account saying: “The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed.” But here’s the problem: I’ve already accepted the latest agreement long ago. When I log into both: App Store Connect Developer Portal …there’s no new agreement to accept, no prompt, no button — absolutely nothing new. The yellow banner simply refuses to go away, and it's preventing updates. I’ve already: Cleared cache & cookies Tried Safari, Chrome, Firefox Logged in from different devices/networks Verified that I am the Account Holder Reported the issue via Apple Developer Support (more than a week ago) Despite clearly stating the urgency of the matter, I’ve received no fix and no timeline. This is beginning to feel like developers’ time — especially for those who depend on timely releases — isn’t being taken seriously. We’re enrolled in the Apple Developer Program with an active subscription. Both the Account Holder and team members have accepted all relevant license agreements. The app is still in the proof-of-concept stage — there’s no App Store listing or App ID yet. We’re trying to confirm entitlement eligibility before proceeding further. Questions: Is an App Store listing or App ID required to access this request form? Are there any hidden prerequisites (account permissions, team roles, prior submissions, etc.) that need to be fulfilled? The Apple ID is a generic one using our domain email, but the Account Holder is a real person with authority in the organization. For the payment method, we plan to use a corporate credit card — but it is issued under a different staff name (e.g. card under Chief, but Account Holder is IT Head). Just want to check: • Is this setup acceptable? • Will Apple reject the enrollment/renewal if the card name doesn’t match the Account Holder? • What’s the best practice in this case to avoid delays or verification issues? I'm hoping to make certain in-house apps fail to launch by revoking the in-house certificate that they were built on. This is by way of encouraging users of these apps to download updates built on a new certificate. How long will it take app built on a now-revoked certificate to no longer launch? Also, what is Apple's process for checking the validity of an in-house certificate in an app built on that certificate, running on iOS devices? I understand that provisioning profiles have built-in expiration dates, but will an in-house app that's built on a valid provisioning profile keep running even on a revoked certificate if the revocation happened before the certificate's own expiration date?
