Apple Pay Sandbox: onpaymentauthorized not fired after successful authentication (started March 6)
Hello, We are encountering an issue with Apple Pay on the Web in the sandbox environment where payments cannot be completed because the onpaymentauthorized event is not triggered. The same implementation was working normally until March 5, but the issue started occurring consistently from March 6 without any changes to our code, certificates, or merchant configuration. Environment Apple Pay on the Web (JavaScript) Safari (iOS / macOS) Apple Pay Sandbox Merchant domain verified Merchant validation succeeds Observed Flow The Apple Pay flow proceeds normally until authentication: User clicks the Apple Pay button ApplePaySession.begin() is called onvalidatemerchant fires Merchant validation request succeeds completeMerchantValidation() is called Apple Pay sheet is displayed User authenticates with Face ID / Touch ID onpaymentauthorized is never triggered Because this event never fires, the payment token is not returned and the payment cannot proceed. ApplePaySession Request { "countryCode": "JP", "currencyCode": "JPY", "merchantCapabilities": ["supports3DS"], "supportedNetworks": ["visa", "masterCard"], "total": { "label": "Test Payment", "type": "final", "amount": "100" } } Merchant Validation Merchant validation succeeds and returns a valid session from Apple. Relevant fields from the merchant session: merchantIdentifier: 35A786BE6AB4... domainName: secure.telecom-awstest.com displayName: ApplePay Additional Notes Apple Pay sheet appears normally Authentication completes successfully No JavaScript errors are logged onpaymentauthorized is never fired Issue occurs consistently in the sandbox environment Confirmed across multiple iOS versions Question Has anyone experienced a similar issue recently in the Apple Pay sandbox environment, or are there any known changes that could cause the onpaymentauthorized event not to fire after authentication? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Pay with one domain and several PSP integration
We already have an apple pay integration with a psp.
We have a merchant id with an identity certificate, a processing certificate and merchant domains. We are working to integrate an other psp. This psp have one csr (processing certificate) by customer. All the payment will be processed on the same domain. We have understood that it is not possible to have different processing certificates for a merchant id. So we can not reused our existing merchant id.

On the other hand, it seems that it is not possible to have different merchant ids on the same domain (because of the domain verification). But all payments are processed on the same domain.

Do you think there is a solution ?
Is there a recommended workaround for this scenario?

SFCC Integration: onpaymentauthorized Not Firing After Touch ID Authentication (Apple Pay on the Web)
Hello everyone, We've encountered a blocking issue while integrating Apple Pay on the Web within a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environment. The session fails immediately after a successful user authentication. Problem Summary: After a user authenticates a payment with Touch ID or Face ID, the Apple Pay sheet showing error "Payment not completed" message. The core of the issue is that the onpaymentauthorized event handler is never invoked in our client-side JavaScript. As a result, the corresponding server-side SFCC paymentAuthorized hooks are never triggered, and we cannot obtain a payment token to complete the transaction. Also, No console logs are observed. Observed Flow of Events: The ApplePaySession proceeds correctly through the initial callbacks. We have verified through server-side logs that the corresponding SFCC platform hooks (getRequest, prepareBasket, shippingContactSelected, shippingMethodSelected) fire and complete successfully. The payment sheet correctly updates with shipping costs and the final transaction amount. Failure Point & Steps to Reproduce: A user initiates an Apple Pay transaction within our SFCC site. They select their shipping contact and method. The payment sheet updates the total amount. The user taps the "Pay" button and authenticates successfully via Touch ID / Face ID. Failure: The sheet immediately displays "Payment not completed" error. The onpaymentauthorized event is never fired on the client, and no paymentAuthorized calls reach our SFCC backend. We have confirmed this behavior is reproducible even when using the standard plugin_applepay provided by SFCC. There are no associated errors in the browser's JavaScript console or any server-side logs, as the process appears to fail within the native Apple Pay session before control is returned to our client-side code. Our Questions: Given this is occurring within an SFCC integration, we are trying to understand what could cause the session to terminate at this specific point. Are there internal validation checks that occur after successful user authentication but before the onpaymentauthorized event is dispatched? What configuration issues (e.g., in the ApplePayPaymentRequest, merchant identity certificate, etc.) are known to cause a failure at this exact step, especially within a platform integration like SFCC? Is there any additional client-side logging or debugging we can enable to get more insight into the internal state of the ApplePaySession? Any guidance from Apple engineers or other developers who have integrated Apple Pay with SFCC would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

In-App Provisioning: cannot add card to a wallet
We are developing an app which allows users to generate a HSBC virtual card using Mastercard API and add this card to an apple wallet. Staging test was passed successfully, but we are stuck in a production test phase. T&C is not even visible, 'Card is not added' is popped on a screen before that. User taps “Add to Apple Wallet” → we present PKAddPaymentPassViewController → they tap Next → after a few seconds the flow fails with "Set Up Later" alert. iOS 16 recurring payment configuration not reflecting in UI
We are integrating iOS 16 recurring payments in our app, everything works fine but we have a few questions Question 1 let recurringPaymentRequest = PKRecurringPaymentRequest(         paymentDescription: "Pro Membership",         regularBilling: regularBilling,         managementURL: url       ) we assume managementURL is supposed to come in the user's wallet where he/she can tap to change the recurring payment option to our backend, but in the wallet, the transaction appears without this URL and have no indication that it is a recurring payment, Can someone guide what we missed Question 2 For apps that only have apple pay on mobile, managementURL can open the app as a deep link from the Wallet app and the user can update or delete the payment method for the automatic reload payment from the app directly, Question 3 For cancellation, the recurring payment app should have some UI where the user can tap which hit our backend and remove the apple pay merchant token from our system and apply cancellation business logic, no apple API involves in the cancellation of recurring payment

Issue Retrieving Bound Cards in Wallet Extension Non-UI Extension
Hi, I’m encountering an issue in my app’s Wallet Extension, specifically within the Non-UI Extension, where we are unable to retrieve payment passes bound to a user’s account. The same code that successfully retrieves these bound cards in the main app does not work when used in the Non-UI Extension. Case-ID: 8932090 Steps to Reproduce: Set up In-App Provisioning: Ensure that the app has the necessary In-App Provisioning permissions. This functionality works correctly in the main app, confirming that the permissions are properly configured. Configure Wallet Extensions: Follow the Wallet Extensions documentation to configure the app, including all required settings for the Non-UI Extension. Add Code to Retrieve Payment Passes: In the main app’s LoginView, implement the following code in the handleLogin() method to retrieve payment passes: // Get the identifiers of payment passes that already exist in Apple Pay. paymentPassLibrary = self.passLibrary.passes(of: .secureElement) for pass in paymentPassLibrary { if let identifier = pass.secureElementPass?.primaryAccountIdentifier { if pass.isRemotePass && pass.deviceName.localizedCaseInsensitiveContains("Apple Watch") { remotePassIdentifiers.insert(identifier) } else if !pass.isRemotePass { passIdentifiers.insert(identifier) } } } Verify Functionality in Main App: Run the app and verify that the code successfully retrieves the payment passes bound to the user’s account. Implement Code in Non-UI Extension: Add the same code to the Non-UI Extension, specifically in the WNonUIExtHandler class within the override func status(completion: @escaping (PKIssuerProvisioningExtensionStatus) -> Void) method. Test in Wallet Extension: Run the Wallet Extension and observe that the payment passes are not retrieved when the code is executed in the Non-UI Extension. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can provide insight into why the code might not work in the Non-UI Extension compared to the main app? Support Information: iOS Version: 17.5.1 Development environment: Xcode 15.4 (15F31d), macOS 14.3 (23D56) Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Apple Pay on Google Chrome
Hi - I have a question. I am trying to understand when Apple Pay will be available on non-IOS desktop devices (specifically Google Chrome). I was hoping to understand better the process, specifically the following: How can I get the Apple Pay QR code installed on my desktop checkout page on Google Chrome? How long does this process usually take? If I work with Stripe, do I need to get approval from them to install the Apple QR code onto my Google Chrome checkout page? Is this readily available to all merchants (i.e., installing Apple Pay on Google Chrome)/ I have not seen this on any other checkout pages yet. Are there any examples you could point me to of merchants that have installed Apple Pay onto non-IOS desktop so I could trial the process (i.e., a list of existing merchants that have put the QR code onto their Google Chrome checkout pages)?

Assistance with Adding Subdomain to Apple Sandbox Domain List
Hi team, I'm currently trying to add a specific subdomain (with a path) to Apple's Sandbox domain list, but it seems Apple only allows the main domain to be entered. Due to strict client security policies, we aren't allowed to use just the main domain, which is creating a roadblock in our implementation. Is there any way to add a full subdomain or URL path to the Sandbox configuration? I'm happy to join a call to explain the scenario further if that would help. Thanks in advance for your support!

Apple Pay Is Not Available in "
We are encountering an issue where Apple Pay shows an unexpected popup with a message and an "OK" button when confirming a payment (after double-tapping the power button). This issue began appearing last week without any changes to the codebase or configurations. Steps to Reproduce: Open the app and initiate an Apple Pay payment. Add a valid card if not already present. Confirm the payment using the side button (double-tap). Instead of completing the transaction, a popup appears with a generic message and an "OK" button. Expected Behavior: Apple Pay should process the payment and provide a confirmation or error based on the transaction status. Actual Behavior: A popup appears with a generic title and an “OK” button. The transaction is not processed. Environment Details: Platform: iOS Apple Pay integration has been functioning correctly for years No recent updates to Apple Pay-related code or configuration Configurations Checked: App Identifier is correctly set with the bundle ID Apple Pay Payment Processing is enabled in the App ID configuration Correct Merchant ID is selected and matches in Xcode capabilities *.entitlements file contains correct Apple Pay entitlement Payment Processing Certificates are valid and in place Additional Notes: The issue appeared suddenly without any modifications to the app. We suspect it may be due to external changes (e.g., Apple system update or merchant validation issue). Please advise on any further steps we can take to diagnose or resolve this issue.

Twitch Like Subscriptions - Many-to-Many
Hi guys, We are trying to implement a solution that would allow users to subscribe to other users in our app. The system should work the same way as Twitch's subscription model works. Users should be able to subscribe to anyone and each subscription should have different tiers. From what we were able to gather, users cannot have multiples of the same subscription on applestoreconnect. Meaning that we would probably need to make a custom subscription per every user? Here we have also learned that there is a limit of 10 000 types of subscriptions and that it is not possible to dynamically create/delete them for users. (correct me if I am wrong) Is there a solution for handling this type of a scenario? Appreciate all answers.
