Hello, I’m hoping someone from the community can give me some guidance. I submitted payment for my Developer Program enrollment on May 19. I began following up with support on May 21 and stayed in contact until May 27, during which I received messages saying the order was under review and that I should not retry the payment until the review was complete. Since then, I haven’t received any updates, despite repeated follow-ups. I’ve asked about the status, whether the payment failed, and whether any corrections are needed, but I haven’t received any reply. At this point, I’m not sure: If anyone else has faced this kind of delay or silence? Whether I should just retry the payment? If the problem could be caused by using a company credit card under a different name than mine? Whether I will be contacted even if the order is canceled? The lack of communication is really blocking my work. I’d appreciate any advice from others who’ve gone through this or guidance from someone at Apple who can escalate the case. Thanks in advance.

What may be the reason for this issue, i'm not sure with that i've reached to developer support several times and also raised a ticket to operations team its been 3 weeks that my issue is not sorted or resolved yet, i can't understand what may be the reason for this issue, anyone faced the same if yes how its resolved??

My Apple account has been locked and Apple says that it can't be used.I tried to reset but it didn't work for me.Please suggest if someone has any resolution for it.

I originally created my Apple Developer account when I was living in Canada (years ago). Now that I live in the U.S. I want to renew it, but I can't - because it thinks I'm still in Canada. When I go to change my contact information, I get a screen that says: "Unauthorized Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement." What do I do?

I want to create a verified Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile for Apple devices. As we are developing a solution to manage customer-owned Apple devices by remotely installing and managing an MDM configuration profile (both supervised and unsupervised way). Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a frustrating delay with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and I’m hoping someone here can help or escalate the issue. I had previously completed the enrollment process and was approved, but after opening the Apple Developer app on my iPad, the entire progress reset for some reason. I was forced to start the process again from scratch, including submitting all required documents. Last time, my documents were verified and approved within 7 days. However, this time, it’s been over a month since I submitted my documents and there's been no progress. I contacted Apple Developer Support, but they responded saying it would take an “undetermined amount of time,” without providing any explanation, timeline, or guidance. That’s extremely concerning, especially since I’ve already gone through this once before. This delay is affecting my ability to move forward with game releases and business plans. I’m more than willing to provide any additional documentation if needed, but I’m currently stuck with no idea what’s going on. Hello Community, A few years ago, I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the process was blocked with the following error message: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." As a developer, I regularly help businesses and individuals set up their Apple developer accounts, and I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my clients—only on my own personal account. I’ve since discovered that others have faced this problem too, but none seem to have found a working solution. I’ve sent multiple emails to Apple Support and I have yet to receive a single response. This matter is extremely urgent for me. If anyone has experienced this issue and successfully resolved it, please share your solution. I’d greatly appreciate any insight. Thank you.

Registered close to 2 weeks ago and the account seems to be delayed. I cannot seem to get any help on this. Here is the message I have on the dashboard, Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is 95CTAKWD6P. Any advice would be appreciated

My developer account pending for more that 4 days. When I login to http://developer.apple.com, it show the following message: Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I have already paid the membership fee and got the E-invoice from apple. Could anyone help to solve this problem?

I have not been able to update the TestFlight Test Information. I keep getting the error "Make sure the contact phone number only contains numbers and try again" even when only number are entered. I've tried on Safari, Chrome and from the Connect App and all give the same error. I would like to push my App for testing to some external beta testers but can't since Contact Information is required for this.

Hi everyone! I’m trying to automate the Apple Pay setup in a CI/CD pipeline for a preproduction environment. Right now, we are generating manually the Apple Pay certificates for both the root domain and merchant ID through the Apple Developer Portal, then manually upload them to our preproduction servers. My idea is to be able to automate this process for this environment. I’ve been digging through docs and forums but haven’t found any way to generate or renew these certificates automatically via an API or any other method. Does anyone know if Apple offers something like this? Or if not, what’s the best way to handle this in an automated workflow? I've been thinking about a web driver, but I'm not a big fan of this kind of solution. Thanks a lot for any ideas or advice!

for over 2 months, I have peen trying to purchase apple developer account, I have submitted duns number, they also requested other verification details which I have submitted over 2 months, and I have tried chatting apple support and they keep telling me it under review for more than 2 months, currently they are not replying my chat

I cannot renew my membership after it expired in January of 2025. I initially let it lapse, but I decided to renew it. There is nowhere to renew it. There is no renew button in the Developer App, and the web application tells me it expired, but doesn't provide an option to renew. It just tells me to go to the Developer App and click on the Renew button which isn't there.

Hello, I'm currently living in Finland and would like to apply for the developer program in order to develop an app for the Apple Vision Pro. I understand that Finland is not supported in this matter, so I thought about making an German AppleID, since that is supported in the AVP App Store, and enroll in the program with that. The problem is that, since I'm not a German citizen nor have a residency there, would that cause a problem in the identity verification process? Is this allowed at all? If not, are there any workarounds to be able to get the developer account outside of supported regions? Thank you!

I am trying to create a developer account for my organization. I have validated our DUNS number and Entity Name on https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/. However, when I try to add this number to create a developer account, I get a pop-up suggesting a mismatch in the entity and DUNS number. I have tried this several times without any success.
