After an Apple Developer Enterprise Program account expires, can certificates and provisioning profiles still work if they are within their valid period? Do apps continue working for up to 90 days? I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep encountering this error message: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." Initially, I tried using a newly created Apple ID, and when that didn’t work, I attempted it with my older Apple ID. Unfortunately, I received the same error both times. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows what might be causing it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Each year I get my renewal email from Apple, however, since 2019 (yes, this is the 4th year in a row) I've been unable to renew due to this infamous "Please enter fewer characters" error message. Each time I've had to open a support case, talk to someone on the phone, they take all of my details along with screenshots, etc. and manually renew my subscription. Once they've charged my card I never hear from them again and issue never gets resolved. IDK if any Apple Dev Support folks actually use this forum but this is ridiculous.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Apple Developer Program. Yesterday, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and entered my Visa card details. However, later that night, I received a notification from my bank that the payment was charged but failed because my balance was insufficient. After that, I added funds to my bank account, withdrew/canceled my previous enrollment, and then enrolled again using the same Visa card. After re-enrolling, I received a notification from my bank and an email confirming that the payment was successful, with the order ID: “We're processing your order – D00****” However, when I try to track the order by clicking the link in the email or checking the order status, it shows the following message: Something went wrong. There was a problem with your request. Please try again. Could you please explain why this issue is happening and help me check the status of my Apple Developer Program enrollment?

Hello developers and the support teeam, I have tried to enroll my apple developer account, but got charged twice. Firstly, I tried it with the developers iOS app and paid the fee with Apple Pay on my phone. I haven't received any approval/activation/confirmation email. After that I saw on my phone this message: enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available. Then I looked on the website for the enrollement and it said that I should pay again. So I did and now I got charged twice on my card and there is still the same message. Does anyone have the same experience? How do I get a refund? I have already created a ticket, but no answer yet...

Hello, My Apple Developer Program membership is marked as expired, but I am unable to renew it. The Renew option does not appear in the Apple Developer app or on the website. Both Free Apps Agreement and Paid Apps Agreement are expired. I am the Account Holder of the account. I have already submitted multiple support requests through the Apple Developer Support website under “Program Purchase and Renewal”, but I haven’t received any response so far. This issue has been ongoing for more than 20 days and is blocking access to my apps and agreements. Could an Apple Developer team member please look into this or advise how to proceed when the Renew option is missing? Thank you.

I have received an invitation to a development team in the Apple Developer Program. Having filled the form out and completing the image challenge successfully, tapping on continue simply results in the button graying itself out. I've been trying to enroll as a developer but keep running into an "unknown error". I've even tried having the dev team call me and sending an email through the support portal but keep getting the message that my request cannot be processed. Even calling apple support didn't work as they were unable to connect me with the dev team. Any idea on how to get this sorted? Thank you!!

Hello everyone, I am unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The payment (credit card) is accepted by my bank but systematically declined by Apple. Note: I am located in France. I have tried multiple times. The support team, via email, suggested I use the Apple Developer app. However, it is "not available in my region," so I have to go through the website. No other payment method is available: Apple Pay is greyed out, and there is nothing else. Support has not responded for weeks, despite my follow-ups. I am very frustrated as I need to launch my app quickly, and everything is ready on the Google side... Would you have any suggestions or solutions? Its been more than a week and my account is still in the same status as my developer account membership purchase is still pending This is frustrating for a developer to loose so many days spending so much of a premium just to get registered and even then facing this descrimination. For an Organisation of this scale, i think this will not look good. You take the time to scrutinise the developer but do not take his time, effort and their money. give a realistic timeline and not this far, which is not a good practice

when i start to enroll apple developer account for organisation it could not be completed and in the end saying contact support. but when i mailed to them there is no support or reply from apple customer support. and there is no specification what problem i have from stopping me to complete apple developer account enrollement.

It has been 576 hours since I got email that purchase will be completed in next 48 hours (Aug 19th).I tried it again on Aug 30th and Sept 4th but still no other resposne than those same emails.No charge on my bank account, nothing. I even sent support message and still no answer.What is happening Apple?

Anything that worked for someone in the same boat? I have a test group planned and would need to apply my app for testflight as soon as possible to leave some headroom.

Hello When I tried to enroll for Apple developer program, I got message like Your enrollment could not be completed.
