I have now registered twice and had no response from customer service. I see dozens of other people on the forum with the same issue. This needs to be resolved and someone from apple needs to speak up.

I try to enroll the apple developer program to publish my app . But when I click enroll and fill out the info in the form the result is "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." I try to contact apple support and have a call with them and he say he don't known why, he just know my account cannot enroll the program at this time. Is there anyone meet the same problem and able to enroll?

I had already accepted my Apple Developer Program License Agreement since the 20th of march 2026. But your banner stay in my business portal and say : "Le contrat de licence de l’Apple Developer Program a été mis à jour et doit être revu. Afin de pouvoir mettre à jour vos apps existantes et en soumettre de nouvelles, la personne titulaire du compte doit revoir et accepter le contrat mis à jour en se connectant à son compte." Please see if you don't have a bug and let me update my apps.

Our organization’s Apple Developer Program account has been effectively locked because our Account Holder’s Apple ID is inaccessible. I need to either unlock that Apple ID or transfer the Account Holder role so we can manage our apps. I’ve already reached out to Apple Developer Support since last month, but so far, I haven’t received a response. This situation is critical because our clients rely on us to maintain and update our apps. Key details: • We’re enrolled as an Organization/Company. • The current Account Holder’s Apple ID is no more with Organization and cannot perform any actions. • I have admin/manager access through another Apple ID. I’ve reviewed the documentation on transferring the Account Holder role, but it appears the transfer can only be initiated by the current Account Holder, which is impossible at this point. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows a more efficient route to escalate, I’d be extremely grateful for your insights. Thanks in advance for any advice you can share. I recently completed the payment for the Apple Developer Program successfully and received a confirmation email stating that I would receive a follow-up email within 2 days. However, it has now been more than 2 days, and I have not received any further communication. This is not my first frustrating experience with this process. This time, the payment has gone through successfully—yet I am still facing delays and a complete lack of communication. What makes this even more frustrating is that my app has already been live on Google Play for around 2 months. At this point, I am essentially “stuck” waiting just to complete enrollment with Apple, which is preventing me from moving forward with my iOS release. This raises a few concerns: • Why is there no clear timeline or update after successful payment? • Why are support channels unresponsive during such critical steps? • Is this level of delay normal for all users, or are developers from smaller countries experiencing slower processing times? Hello Everyone and @Apple Developer Support , I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program today, April 5th, 2026. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” In my naivety, I clicked it again, assuming the payment hadn’t gone through. As a result, I’ve now paid for the membership twice and been billed twice. Thanks in advance for your help and feedback! Gibril

I’ve tried everything: Different devices (Mac, iPhone, Windows) Different browsers Hard refresh and clearing cache Checked subscriptions from App Store Tried all possible ways I could find Nothing worked, and the renewal option is still not showing. Hi, I hope it's ok to post this here as I'm on a bit of a time-crunch to have this sorted and looking to get this issue resolved. I just renewed my Apple Developer Program membership (annual subscription) and received my order confirmation (Order #W1411330632, placed February 28, 2026) for $1,749.00 MXN. However, my membership status still hasn't updated to active. Is this normal (a waiting period for a renewal). I enrolled my company Yasmina IT and Development LLC (Wyoming LLC) in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. The enrollment was declined and my account page now shows "Your enrollment request for your company has been declined." Company details: Legal Entity: Yasmina IT and Development LLC D-U-N-S: 141729385 Website: yasmina-it.com Valid EIN and passport on file Developer Support (Robert, case 102818588804) advised me to enroll as an individual instead, but provided no specific reason for the organization decline. I replied on March 19th asking for the rejection reason — no response. I opened a second case (30000003327016) on March 25th — also no response. I am not asking to bypass any requirements. I simply need the specific rejection reason so I can take the correct action. Has anyone experienced this and found a resolution?

We have received a Pending Termination Notice for our Apple Developer account related to guideline 3.2(f). We submitted a formal appeal over two weeks ago but have not received any response. Hey there, so I wanted to know what kind of experience you guys had with creating your apple developer account. I have a client who paid for my developer account with his credit card details, but he's not in my country, I figured that this is the reason the payment is taking ages to process but I've received several emails saying "hey payment has been received" and all that jazz. But it still says "Purchase your membership" on my enrolled to developer program page. If anyone could provide some support that would be great.
