In particular, we have encountered cases where both rain and strong winds occurred within the same hour, but the conditionCode returned was related to wind (e.g. windy), even though rain was present and more relevant to our use case. Could you please clarify: What is the logic or prioritization used by WeatherKit when selecting the conditionCode for an hourly period that includes multiple weather events? Is rain ever prioritized over wind in this field? If so, under what conditions? Hi, While I understand that some enrollment reviews may take time, it has now been nearly a month since we submitted our company enrollment on April 11, and unfortunately, we still have no concrete updates or next steps. As a small business, this extended delay is significantly affecting our operations. We are unable to proceed with our product launch, engage with partners, or move forward with development work. Each passing day adds to the financial and operational pressure we’re facing. To be completely transparent, we honestly don’t believe there is a large set of documents or verifications that would justify such a long review. Our company’s D-U-N-S information has been provided and contains clear, publicly verifiable details about our registration and address. Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation. From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives. We kindly ask — and sincerely hope — that instead of a standard response confirming the enrollment is “under review,” we can receive a more concrete update: what stage it is truly at, whether any verification is pending, and whether manual intervention is required. My developer account is set to expire on June 28th. I submitted the application for renewal half a month ago, but it has not been approved yet. It keeps showing that it is under review. Could you please tell me why?

Hi everyone, I submitted the required documents to upgrade my Apple Developer account from Individual to Company via the D-U-N-S and identity verification forms. It's been a long time, but I haven’t received any response or update from Apple yet. The status is still “waiting for review.” We are ready to test and upload our apps, but we’re blocked until the account is converted. Has anyone else experienced this delay recently? I am a new app developer and am entirely new to the process of developing and publishing an app. Right now I am in the midst of publishing my app and have bumped into an issue which app store connect isn't really helping to answer. I was wondering if I could get help here for these issues. Have a countdown feature that works based on device id. The device id and all others go through but the countdown feature doesn't show up. This is an issue that only seems to occur on the App Review's ipad air (5th gen) iPadOS 18.5. I have tested the app on my iphone 14,ipad mini and ipad pro with no issues. I'm not sure how I am supposed to solve an issue which I am unable to recreate. (I have told Apple Review to try reloading the page or resubmitting the dates required for the countdown. They claimed to have resubmitted the dates but have mentioned nothing about reloading the page.) Currently, I am trying to find a way to work the app on the ipad air but if i am unable to recreate the issue,I'm not sure how to solve it. please help!

Does anyone know why I can't enroll for Apple Dev. Program? It says: 'Your enrollment could not be completed.' 'Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.'

I created an apple development certificate using an api key. When the certificate was created and I want to revoke the certificate but revoke button and download button is not there. I am an Admin in that account. Not sure how to fix this

I have a MacBook with AppleCare+ recently purchased retail (no business account or associated developer account) from the Cupertino visitor center store that is configured with developer mode force enabled. Is it expected for a retail purchased, non-provisioned device to be set up with developer mode force enabled? Or did I hit the lotto?

I think from January 2025 I'm trying to become a developer for apple. The process was an adventure. First time I used the website to become a registered developer. All good until i wasn't able to make any inputs in a disabled required field that was required but empty. I said ok, I'll try to use their support to guide me. After couple of mails I've understood that those answers were like: "sorry for inconvenience but try again maybe you didn't do something as expected". I've restarted the process many times and did tried, nothing worked. So... go back to email with support (note, there is no quick reply, sometimes it takes near a week or so to respond: and the response is "try again, sorry to hear that, let us know if we can help you") After a month or so i got an email that told me to use the application to enroll. So I decided to use it. So I've canceled my active enroll and moved to the device. My iPad Pro didn't worked, so I moved to MacBook Pro and tried from there with the Developer App. Didn't work.... Go back to email support. After a while they told me that is an issue with my card and they can't get my money from it, (is the same that I'm using on their store to buy app and it works without any issue). After another months spent on emails (copule because of their response timing, maximum 2 reply each week) and after I said I'll do my best to find someone from their management to let them know the nightmare that I'm forced to live with the support team, they said let me call you. They called me and their tool for remote view desktop didn't worked so it was like, do this, do that, I did, I did, I tried...ok let's try one more time and don't touch anything after. I did what they said and they told me that I'll be contacted soon. 2-3 days I waited for the call and...nothing... I did sent reply email support to understand the status of enrollment. I got this: " Thanks for your message. I will be happy to provide a status update. Your orders have not been successful. I am trying once again today. Since it is Friday, it will take a little longer to process. I will check on it again on Monday, when we are back in the office. Kind regards, " And today is Tuesday and nothing... I did asked also if you can't take my money just let me know the error that you receive so I'll be able to contact card issuer and ask to verify if that is an issue with it. I did asked and they told me they don't see any issue. Now I'm stuck,,,, Do I need to contact Tim just to open a developer account? I think he's busy with more important stuff. @support

Hi I have just create a new account on developer and I want to register a new APPID when I navigate to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list I am not able to see the + button to register a new APPID.

This really shouldn't be this difficult. Here's the situation: We had a card linked to our Apple Developer account, which expired. It had already seen 2 successful membership purchases. We had auto-renewal turned on for the membership, which failed due to the expired card. I was unable to capture new payment details for about 2 days (battling with various Apple payment pages to get the new card added). But finally managed to do so. Now, there is no way to disable auto-renewal, and no way to trigger renewal. The membership is in expired status. We can't post updates, we can't take apps live. We have several clients eagerly awaiting publication of their apps. And Apple Support has been silent for over two weeks despite numerous requests. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? I've tried almost every option described on every forum post.

My legal entity, Medinertia Technologies Pvt Ltd, is registered in India, and I have obtained a valid D-U-N-S number for it. I also purchased the domain medinertia.co.in and created a business email (support @medinertia.co.in). However, this email is still not being accepted during enrollment. Could you please clarify what domain extensions or email formats are supported for business verification? Without clear guidelines on acceptable domain names and email IDs, it becomes difficult and costly to keep purchasing multiple domains. We are trying to implement / test in-app purchase for our subscription purchase in the app. We have done all the steps listed in the documentation on apple's website; and Our subscription plan is sitting in 'Ready to Submit' state. We also searched online for a solution, and some of the forums suggest that we have to submit the app for review when adding subscription for the first time. It doesn't mention the same that in the apple documentation. It confusing. Help and guidance in this regard would be really appreciated.
