Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. How to Complete the Apple Developer Program Enrollment I want to register an Apple Developer account. I've communicated many times with Apple technical Advisors via email but haven't received effective solutions. The most recent reply was: "经核实,我们已经将你的请求升级到相关运营团队,如果有进一步的消息,我们会尽快通知你。" Here's the English translation: "After verification, we have escalated your request to the relevant operations team. If there are any updates, we will notify you as soon as possible." Almost every time I get the same response, but there's been no progress. Could other developers in the forum give me some advice? How should I communicate to successfully complete the registration? Additional background information: I previously submitted my documents and passed the review, but encountered issues at the payment stage when using a credit card. I asked the advisor whether alternative payment methods were possible if I couldn't use a credit card—I just wanted to understand the options. However, my application was directly revoked and switched to applying via the mobile app, forcing me to restart the entire process. Now, I'm stuck because the mobile app keeps reporting errors. I hope to switch back to the web application instead. Currently, the web application portal remains unavailable. If any Apple technical advisors see this, please help address my issue. Enrollment Button not working on Apple Developer App
Hello Apple Support team, I hope You are doing well this is Muhammad Musaab and i am currently applying for the apple developer program i have successfully completed my apple profile and when i logged in to my developer app on macbook and also on my iphone the enrollment button gets grayed out and unclickable, please i do not want to sign up on web page i am asking help regarding the grayed out button i am getting on apple developer app. Kindly resolve this issue as soon so that i could provide my unique games and apps to apple users. Thanks!

Hi, here´s what I noticed for iOS bugs : red notifications badges go under App name above control panel and notifications panel are too clear and too transparent as we cannot distinguish what’s written with what is under. widget for hour sometimes doesn’t synchronise page scrolling lags somtimes. there is still no GPS/location shortcut in panel control. why not allow to chose previous design icon in the choice of design. Some new icon colors are so awfull ! transparencies and blurred design are often hard to read. the App precision design and contrast are less confortable for the sight. Apple car background image is not nice and seems to be dirty.

Getting invalid_client error when using Sign in with Apple (Web) via Firebase
I'm currently facing an issue while integrating Sign in with Apple on a Firebase web app using JavaScript. ✅ What I’ve done: Created a Service ID Created an App ID and enabled Sign in with Apple Linked the Service ID to the App ID under Web Authentication Configuration and also add these Domains and sub-domains: apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com Registered return URL: https://apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com/__/auth/handler Generated a key with Sign in with Apple capability and added: Key ID Team ID Private Key Client ID (Service ID not App ID) all in the Firebase Auth Apple Sign-In configuration I’ve tried multiple test projects and keys, including deleting and recreating everything, but I still consistently receive this error: invalid_client 🔎 Additional Details: The client_id in the auth request matches the Service ID exactly I’m not using an iOS app — this is purely web-based Sign in with Apple I am using a valid Apple Developer account enrolled in the program What could be the reason Apple keeps returning invalid_client even though all configuration seems correct? Please help us to resolve the issue. We are ready to connect for a call too. Thanks

Push Notifications for Apple Wallet Passes (PassKit) — Why don't notifications arrive despite successful APNs responses?
Hi everyone, I'm working on integrating push notifications for Apple Wallet passes (loyalty cards) with a custom Pass Type Identifier. I've set up the Pass Type ID and APNs certificates in the Apple Developer portal. My backend sends push notifications via APNs with the topic set to the Pass Type ID. APNs responses indicate success (HTTP 200), but the notifications do not appear on devices. Device tokens are valid and properly stored. The pass JSON includes webServiceURL and authenticationToken. Has anyone encountered this issue or can share insights on: Common misconfigurations that prevent push notifications from being delivered to Wallet passes? Additional steps or configurations required in the Apple Developer account or in the pass JSON? Ways to debug or log APNs push notifications specifically for passes? Restrictions or limitations of Wallet pass notifications? Thanks in advance for your help!

Unable to log into Developer Account
Beginning yesterday and still continuing when I go to log into my developer account (both iOS and OS X) I am presented with a new Terms and Agreement page. The agreement is not displayed, I am unable to download the PDF and when I check the Agree box then Submit it returns me to the same page. I am unable to contact support as all of the links are invalid or I get kept being sent back tot eh Terms & Agreement page.How do I get out of this black hole?

Developer Account Yearly Purchased Money Taken Twice
In the morning I enrolled in developer program and apple took my money from card and told me it is "being processed". But in the main page it says Purchase your membership. continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. So I clicked again and purchased again. Still I got the same email and checked it says " being processed" but money taken twice!!! Why are you giving me same option if it is processed!! Very bad design!!! Also it is still not activated

Developer Program Stuck in UAE Region Despite US Apple ID
Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m stuck in a strange region issue. My Apple ID was originally created in the United States, and I’ve already: • Set my Apple ID region to the United States • Updated my payment and shipping address to a valid US billing address • Changed the App Store country/region on my iPhone to the United States • Signed in to the Apple Developer site after all of the above Despite all this, when I try to pay for the Developer Program, the enrollment page still shows the price in AED (UAE Dirhams) and lists the region as UAE. Apple Support couldn’t fix it and told me to try the forums. I’m worried that if I go ahead and pay, my developer account will be permanently tied to the UAE region, even though everything else is U.S.-based. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a hidden cache, setting, or workaround to get the Developer Program to recognize the U.S. region correctly? Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance

Updating developer name on the App Store
Hi everyone, I made a mistake when submitting my first app and accidentally set my developer name as the app name instead of my business name. Now all my apps show the wrong developer name on the App Store. Apple support said it can't be changed after the first app, but I've seen some posts mentioning people got it changed through support. Has anyone successfully changed their developer name after initial setup? Is closing the account and starting fresh the only real option? Really don't want to lose my app's reviews and ratings. Any experiences or advice would be appreciated! Thanks

Can't figure out first subscription
I have created my first subscription and pay wall, everything works 100% in testing, however when it comes to launching to Apple for review I feel like I get caught up in a chicken and egg issue which never resolves. When the product goes in to waiting for review it can no longer be displayed or fake purchased on my Superwall paywall. If it doesn't display apple can't approve and this goes on and on. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

Confirmation on the Use of MDM Vendor CSR Certificates in On-Premises MDM Solutions
We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Couldn't open apple account from Bangladesh
I'm trying to open an Apple account to enroll in the developer programme from Bangladesh but couldn't get verification code on Bangladeshi phone number. I've tried multiple phone numbers but got the same response (Verification codes can't be sent to this phone number at this time. Please try again later).
