FamilyControls entitlement request submitted March 27. No response yet.

Hi all,

I submitted a FamilyControls entitlement request on March 27, 2026. It has been 9 days with no confirmation or response of any kind.

I also submitted a TSI today (Case ID: 102861687343).

My app is live on the App Store and is built to use Screen Time APIs to block specific apps during user defined hours. I need FamilyControls, DeviceActivity, ManagedSettings, and ManagedSettingsUI approved for the main app and its extensions.

Has anyone experienced similar wait times recently? Is there a way to check on the status of an entitlement request?

Thank you, Max

Hey Max, same situation here — opened my case on March 29 (Case #102855522321), had a call with Apple Developer Support on April 1, sent 4 follow-up emails since then, and received nothing but automated acknowledgements. My app (SınavKilidi) also requires FamilyControls for the main app and its extensions. The main app target's entitlement was granted, but the extensions haven't been approved — which makes the build unsubmittable. I just posted a separate thread about this as well. It seems like there's a systemic delay affecting FamilyControls entitlement reviews right now. Would be great if Apple could at least acknowledge the backlog. Following this thread closely. Good luck to you.

Our team is working to clear the backlog. Please file a code-level support if you are still having issues.

@DTS Engineer — Thank you. I've filed a code-level support request as suggested (Case-ID: 19354911) and attached a screenshot of the exact provisioning error. The issue is still ongoing — I am unable to submit a build for App Store distribution. Looking forward to a resolution as soon as possible.
